All returned items must comply with our policy:
- Items must be unworn undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- If an item has Frances. security tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
You will then have 7-days (after your delivery date) to return the items to Frances.
How to Return your Item(s)?
- Confirm your desire item(s) to our Customer Service by Whatsapp .
- Place the item(s) with all the original packaging or pack securely to be shipped.
- Deliver your item(s) to our address.
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, we will process your refund as a form of 'Voucher' that act similarly as Store Credit (exclude the customer delivery cost) or exchange with the same value items.
Our Customer Service will send you a Voucher Code for your next time you shop with us.
